We nurture a high level of Craft, we cultivate a learning mindset to keep at the top of our game. We are composed of a small core team (with each member wearing various hats) ,  contractors / freelancers and co-dev partners.

Many of us are industry veterans and have worked together at other companies, while some of us are younger and emerging talent. We have one common goal, to bring to life touching storytelling wrapped in dark and beautiful worlds - while staying human and enjoying the creative process.

Our Ethos and Pathos

Integrity

We believe in the power of character, in doing right for ourselves and others. Integrity feeds strength in our team and what we do.

Transparency

Breeds trust.
We think it is very important to foster transparency within our team, and consequently with our partners and audiences. Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

Dare to be Different

It’s great to be authentic so we can create something special and worthy of recognition (we are happy weirdos).

An Extraordinary Team

Can accomplish extraordinary features.
That’s why in our team we are open to learning, mentoring and helping each other grow.

Go Above and Beyond

We aim for excellence. It is in our blood to go the extra mile and keep asking how we can do better.

PROFIT WITH CONSCIOUSNESS

We use our financial resources on the right measure, to grow the company at the right pace, to pay ourselves reasonably, give our audience excellent content, contribute with meaningful charities, to keep giving our best to our clients and partners.

On the opposite direction of capitalism, Humans are our greatest treasure.

We care

We want to believe in (and help making) a better World by supporting charities

We are committed to supporting great causes. We also donate to other charities than those listed below, on an sporadic basis.
